“...that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith ... being rooted and established in love...” - Ephesians 3:17

Today’s woman faces challenges in every area of her life: family, career, socially, health, financial, emotional, and spiritual. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming trying to manage it all. This ministry is here to offer hope and support as we encourage women to keep their focus on the cross, on Jesus.

“She clothes herself with the Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 13:14), with strength and dignity (Proverbs 31:25), and with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience (Col 3:12). The beauty of the Lord rests upon her and establishes the work of her hands (Ps. 90:17).”

Through bible study, prayer, service, Christian fellowship, and a sincere heart for Christ you will be transformed by the Holy Spirit – whether you are a new Christian or a mature Christian – transformation is continual for those who seek the Lord. Through transformation, not only will you and your life be changed, but you will help change the lives of others – in your family, at work, at church, and in the community!

Flourish is a women’s ministry of LNBC that exists to help women grow and develop into their God-given purpose as they walk with Jesus. Join us on April 17, 2021 as we gather for a morning of fellowship and teaching.

Our guest speaker is an LNBC member and president/founder of Sherry L. Hoppe Christian Life Coaching. As a former nurse, Sherry has always had a desire to help people. Today, she combines that desire with her passion for speaking and teaching and with her calling as a Professional Life Coach; empowering others to become who God created them to be.

Sherry will lead an interactive morning, full of teaching and activities that will guide women on how to live free in Christ despite past hurt and disappointment. Women will come away with tools to help them embark on a life journey of ongoing hope, love and transformation.

Women's bible study

Better | A Study of Hebrews

by Jen Wilken

Jesus is better.

In this 10-session, verse-by-verse study of the Book of Hebrews, Jen Wilkin explores how God “provided something better for us” in the person of Jesus Christ (Heb. 11:40).

Through stories of Old Testament heroes and practices, the author of Hebrews demonstrates how the new covenant is superior to the old and how Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of every promise. Explore familiar verses in context of the entire Bible, learning how to place your hope and faith in Christ alone.
