“...that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith ... being rooted and established in love...” - Ephesians 3:17

WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

Today’s woman faces challenges in every area of her life: family, career, socially, health, financial, emotional, and spiritual. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming trying to manage it all. This ministry is here to offer hope and support as we encourage women to keep their focus on the cross, on Jesus.

“She clothes herself with the Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 13:14), with strength and dignity (Proverbs 31:25), and with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience (Col 3:12). The beauty of the Lord rests upon her and establishes the work of her hands (Ps. 90:17).”

Through bible study, prayer, service, Christian fellowship, and a sincere heart for Christ you will be transformed by the Holy Spirit – whether you are a new Christian or a mature Christian – transformation is continual for those who seek the Lord. Through transformation, not only will you and your life be changed, but you will help change the lives of others – in your family, at work, at church, and in the community!

Breathe | Making Room for Sabbath

by Priscilla Shirer

One of the greatest challenges among women in our culture is taking time to cease from all the activities and just breathe. We are in bondage to busyness. We constantly strive to complete the limitless to-do lists that hinder us from experiencing all that God has for us. By neglecting time for tranquility, serenity, and repose, we limit our Christlikeness and miss out on some of God's greatest gifts. In the Old Testament, Sabbath was given to the Israelites as a gift, and it is still a gift to us today. If you are weary, worn out, and exhausted, then the concept of Sabbath will change your life.

Flourish 2021

February 20, 2021  |  8:00am - 12:30pm

Flourish is a women’s ministry of LNBC that exists to help women grow and develop into their God-given purpose as they walk with Jesus. Join us on February 20, 2020 as we gather for a morning of fellowship and teaching.

Our guest speaker is an LNBC member and president/founder of SLH Life Coaching, Sherry Hoppe. Sherry is a former nurse, trainer/facilitator, and life coach who enjoys empowering others to become who God created them to be.

Sherry will lead an interactive morning, full of teaching and activities that will guide women on how to live free in Christ despite past hurt and disappointment. Women will come away with tools to help them embark on a life journey of ongoing hope, love and transformation.

  • MOPS

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers.  Here at MOPS, we gather and support moms.  We believe in the simple but revolutionary idea that remarkable things happen when moms come together, face to face.  That’s why we rally women to come together in their own neighborhoods and help each other through this thing called motherhood, one gathering at a time.  If you are pregnant with your first child or you are in the trenches of toddlerhood.  We are here to support you!

  • BODY & SOUL

We care about the health of your body and your soul.  Body & Soul fitness classes offer exercise to strengthen the body, uplifting music to nourish the soul, and fellowship to keep you motivated.  What makes our approach unique is that we care about the health of your body and your soul. We offer programs that strengthen you physically, at every age and stage. We provide friendship and prayer support.

Body & Soul meets weekly on Monday mornings, Tuesday nights, & Friday mornings. Contact Julie Rapp for more information.
